Visiting the Farm

Glenraven is a working farm and nursery. We are not open as a public, walk-in space.

Visits are arranged by appointment, most often with designers and landscapers working on specific projects. These visits are practical. They give us time to walk the stock, look at plants in the ground, and talk through needs in context.

Collecting Orders

Orders are placed by email and prepared here at the nursery.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup details. Collection is from the farmstand, by arrangement. Orders are typically ready within one business day, except in the case of pre-orders where timing is communicated in advance.

This approach helps keep the farm running smoothly, while making pickup straightforward and predictable.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for a fee and is scheduled after order confirmation and payment.

Regular delivery areas include Salt Spring Island, Mayne, Pender, Galiano, and locations from Nanaimo south to Victoria. Timing depends on route planning, ferry schedules, and weather, and is confirmed directly.

For projects outside these areas, we are often able to help coordinate delivery or assist with arrangements upon request. If you have something specific in mind, it is best to ask early so options can be explored.
